This Ain’t For Everybody

People want to know why you grieve someone you’ve never met before-“is that even a thing!?” they yell.. not knowing that this ain’t for everybody

There’s more to life than bags and tags

I’m not saying don’t stack and pack

To travel

Take vacations and “nessications”—trips that rejuvenate your soul

But this ain’t for everybody

From baby to child, child to teen, teen to adulthood,

We know there’s more to life

Look around you—there’s beauty in your eyes

Can you see beyond your potential, your goals, your purpose?

Without touching lives, yours is simply worthless

You may stop reading here because again, this ain’t for everybody!

Think of it this way, do you hurt when you watch the World News? Do you spread awareness? 

Do you understand that you impact others without even intentionally doing so?

I pray that God gives you peace of mind.

I pray you don’t give up on life.

I pray you reach the top of YOUR mountain.

I pray you realize your worth.

God has us ALL. 

His blessings starts with us,

It’s starts with you-

Gain consciousness beyond your life

Look at those around you

What will you do?

I pray you feel me but if you don’t, I’m not mad

Because this ain’t for everybody 

May God bless your souls and may he cover your families and friends in his precious blood as you continue to swim and survive the wretched in his grace and protection
